Article 6.4 Appeal and Grievance Mechanism Roster of Experts
, where she will serve in her independent capacity for a two-year term starting on 1 September 2025.

The
[A6.4 Appeal and Grievance Mechanism](https://unfccc.int/sites/default/files/resource/a64-sb011-a03.pdf)
allows stakeholders affected by decisions made by the Article 6.4 Supervisory Body to file an appeal against those decisions or submit an Article 6.4-related grievance. With her expertise at the intersection of carbon markets, social safeguards, and nature-based solutions, Sandra’s appointment is a strong recognition of her commitment to advancing high-integrity carbon projects that safeguard community rights and create positive and lasting impacts.
