Announcement: New Responsibilities at Perspectives Climate Group, Matthias Krey to Step Down as Managing Director

Perspectives Climate Group, a global leader in providing climate policy research and consulting services, announced today that Matthias Krey will step down as Managing Director early December 2023. The management responsibilities have been seamlessly transitioned to other core members of Perspectives’ management team—Sonja Butzengeiger, Stephan Hoch, and Axel Michaelowa, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in leadership as they steer the company forward.
Moreover, Perspectives is pleased to announce new responsibilities within the team that align with the company’s growth and strategic goals. The business field “Private sector carbon market services” will now be headed by Paulien Veen, who brings to the table a rich experience as a project manager and strong connections within the industry. Furthermore, Johanna Christensen, Head of Operations for workflows and sales at Perspectives, will assume the responsibility of marketing and communication.
