New online course on Article 6 Decision Making

A new e-learning course titled “Article 6 Decision Making: Training for Practitioners” is now available online. Developed jointly by Perspectives Climate Group and the Greenhouse Gas Management Institute, the course is supported by the Paris Agreement Article 6 Implementation Partnership (A6IP) Center, the Ministry of the Environment, Japan (MOEJ), and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, Germany (BMWK).
The course is designed to equip practitioners with the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to critically assess carbon market options and navigate the complexities of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. Participants will gain insights into project-level greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, policy alignment, risk management, and the institutional arrangements required to support market engagement.
Targeting mid-level public and private sector professionals, activity developers, and auditors, the training supports informed decision-making on carbon market participation while upholding environmental and social integrity.
