Andrea holds a degree in economics and social sciences and has a passion for working with people. She also holds degrees in Coaching & Training and is a Massage-Therapist. She has been working in HR departments of small and medium-sized companies since 2000 and sees herself as a generalist.
As Head of People & Culture, Andrea leads the department with great enthusiasm and many new ideas.
For her, every single employee is the focus of her work and whether as an HR manager or as an authorized representative for a large educational institution, she has never lost this perspective. Andrea covers the entire HR cycle in her work. From recruitment to support to the further development of employees, she develops all HR areas together with the whole People & Culture team.
