Gabriele Resch has an almost 40-year-long career in management assistance with a specialisation in ecological projects in the food and agricultural sectors. From 1985 to 2012, she worked for the Schweisfurth Foundation, Munich and the Herrmannsdorfer Landwerkstätten, Glonn, a large organic project in the south of Bavaria with an organic agriculture, species-appropriate animal husbandry, bakery, butchery dairy and distribution system and shops in Munich. She then worked for an import-export company for organic fruit and vegetables from Europe and dry products from all over the world.
As a founding member and manager, she organised a summer school for pupils of primary schools where children learn a different way of experiencing the environment by preparing their own food, looking after farm animals and practising democratic problem-solving.
Gabriele Resch has worked in Finance and HR since 2015 and is now responsible for HR administration at Perspectives.
