Ina Fassbender brings over 17 years of experience in People & Culture across the full range of organisational contexts from global corporations to high-growth start-ups. After graduating with an M.A. in Educational Science (with minors in Psychology and Labour Law) from LMU Munich, she built her career foundation at Siemens in internal consulting, strategy and organisational development, before moving to Amazon where she served as HR Business Partner, including leading all HR M&A activities for Europe and partly the Americas. She subsequently held senior leadership roles at Gartner and Klarna, and served as VP People & Culture at Global Savings Group. Most recently, Ina has served as Chief People Officer at ABBYY and Executive VP at FERNRIDE.
At Perspectives, Ina leads People & Organisation, a broad remit that spans HR, Recruiting, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Workflows, to build the talent, culture, and scalable processes that power the company's growing impact on global climate policy.
Beyond her work at Perspectives, Ina is the co-founder of The UnleashPeople, a consultancy helping SMEs establish robust HR frameworks. Her track record includes guiding organisations through rapid growth from 100 to 600+ employees and leading more than ten M&A projects. At Perspectives, Ina applies this breadth of experience to building a mission-driven organisation where strong people practices and climate impact go hand in hand.
