Ina Fassbender studied Educational Science (Pädagogik) with minors in Psychology and Labour Law at LMU Munich, graduating with a Master of Arts. She brings over 17 years of experience in People & Culture, spanning the full range of organisational contexts — from global corporations to high-growth start-ups. Ina began her career at Siemens, where she spent nearly five years in organisational development and global talent acquisition. She then moved into increasingly senior HR roles at Amazon — including HR Business Partner for EU M&A — before leading people functions at Gartner, Klarna, and Global Savings Group, where she served as VP People & Culture and Global Head of HR, TA & OM for over three years.

At Perspectives, Ina leads People & Organisation — a broad remit that spans HR, Recruiting, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Workflows — building the talent, culture, and scalable processes that power the company's growing impact on global climate policy.

Ina went on to serve as International HR Director and Chief People Officer at ABBYY, and as Executive VP People & Culture at FERNRIDE, the autonomous electric trucking platform. In parallel, she co-founded The UnleashPeople, an HR consultancy helping start-ups and SMEs build scalable People & Culture processes — a venture she continues to lead alongside her role at Perspectives. Her track record spans guiding high-growth organisations from under 100 to over 600 employees, leading more than ten M&A projects from a people perspective, and implementing HRIS systems, career frameworks, compensation strategies, and company values from the ground up. At Perspectives, Ina applies this breadth of experience to building a mission-driven organisation where strong people practices and climate impact go hand in hand.
