Pedro Bremberger Pássaro is a German-Brazilian and his work focuses on carbon markets, climate change adaptation and nature-based solutions (NbS). He recently joined Perspectives as a Junior Consultant and previously worked as an intern for the GIZ Amazon Fund Project.
His recent projects at Perspectives have focused on the calculation of marginal abatement costs, carbon tax mechanisms, article 6 knowledge sharing, loss and damage finance and carbon accounting methodologies in the AFOLU sector.
He holds a B.Sc. in Forestry from the University of Freiburg and M.Sc. in Environmental Management and Forest Sciences from the University of Freiburg and the University of New Brunswick.
