Philipp Veh is an industrial engineer and project manager with a special focus on renewable energies and hydrogen/PtX technologies. He holds a master’s degree in renewable energy management and engineering from the University of Freiburg. Philipp worked with Atmosfair, where he was focused on CDM project development and technology analysis. Furthermore, he gained experience as a project manager at Fosera, where he managed and developed a PPP in collaboration with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), which focused on the development and implementation of solar-powered battery chargers for Ethiopia. For four years, he was employed as a researcher at the University of Freiburg, working on developing electrochemical energy systems like fuel cells, electrolysers and redox-flow batteries.
At Perspectives, Philipp works as a renewable energy and voluntary carbon market expert and leads Perspectives` hydrogen and PtX projects.
He has led and conducted various studies and consultancy projects for public- and private-sector clients, focusing on current and upcoming PtX policy and financing mechanisms. He speaks German, English, and Spanish fluently.
