Rosaria Celeste Caddeo holds a double MA in Global Cultures (Historical Sciences) from the Universities of Bielefeld and Bologna and a BA in Modern Humanities from the University of Bologna. During her undergraduate studies, she received journalism and communications training at the Internazionale Festival of Ferrara (Italy) and the American University in Washington, DC. Before joining Perspectives, she gained valuable experience in climate communication at the Partnership for Action on Green Economy (hosted by UNEP) and UNDP Egypt.
At Perspectives, Rosaria helps refine the company’s voice and external presence, amplifying its leadership across industries and among key decision-makers.
Since joining Perspectives in 2023, Rosaria has played a central role in event coordination while actively shaping the company’s marketing and communications strategy. She has enhanced internal information flow between marketing and other departments, introduced innovative digital and AI-powered tools to improve sales and workflows and contributed to strengthening Perspectives’ positioning as a globally recognised leader in climate solutions. She helps ensure clear and effective communication of the company’s impact through external websites including the website, social media, newsletter, and SEO, Additionally, she supports press relations and works to expand Perspectives’ outreach through targeted media engagement.
