Perspectives Climate Group lent its expertise in sustainable finance, climate change mitigation, and climate change adaptation for the project issued by the European Commission and worked in close collaboration with IFC and adelphi experts. Perspectives provided its support in the following tasks:- Support in developing adaptation and mitigation criteria. The goal in this stage was to draft technical screening criteria for selected actitivites for the objectives of climate change adaptation and climate change mitigation objectives respectively. The workflow in this stage involved identifying activities for assessment, formalising formats and procedures for drafting the technical criteria, and finally drafting the final technical screening criteria for both climate change objectives.- Support in development of user guides, which will later assist the Commission and the Platform of Sustainable Finance to inform stakeholders about the Taxonomy. This stage involved drafting user guides for adaptation and mitigation taxonomies and preparing the general communication materials.
