Expanding the scope of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) is a crucial step in enhancing climate ambition. Our latest report provides a roadmap for integrating the cooling sector into Ethiopia’s NDC, offering guidance to government entities on this process. This roadmap is not only tailored for Ethiopia but serves as a flexible framework that can be adapted for any sector’s integration into an NDC. It builds on lessons from NDC implementation, policy alignment, and stakeholder engagement, using milk cooling as a case study to highlight real-world applications.
