Cooperative approaches under Art. 6.2 of the Paris Agreement

The informal note that is the outcome of the negotiations the cooperative approaches under Art. 6.2 of the Paris Agreement at COP 23 shows the tension between two lines of positions. The first line wants to minimize international oversight, ideally limiting it to the accounting of ITMOs, whereas the second proposed to introduce international oversight comparable to that for Art. 6.4.
