Climate Action Teams (CAT): mini-lateral cooperation to accelerate ambitious decarbonization

This policy brief introduces the Climate Action Teams (CAT) concept, an innovative way for countries to use the latest global climate summit (COP26) rulebook for international carbon markets, in a way that ensures environmental integrity and high emissions reduction ambition.
