Concept note for a tool on robust baseline setting
This concept note was developed by a team of international carbon market methodology experts in the context of the “International Initiative for Development of Article 6 Methodology Tools”. The concept note lays out the objectives and key components of a tool that provides for a stepwise approach to setting a crediting baseline for projects and programmatic approaches that is both in line with the Article 6.2 guidance and the rules of the Article 6.4 mechanism.
