dena-Analyse Klimaneutralität
On behalf of the German Environment Agency (DENA), Perspectives has analysed how seemingly similar terms such as climate neutrality, greenhouse gas neutrality, carbon/ CO2-neutrality, net-zero emissions are often used erroneously as synonyms and how these concepts hold far-reaching implications for policy planning processes. As attention and salience of climate neutrality pledges rises, our the team seeks to offer conceptual clarity on the far-reaching implications for state and non-state actors. (Report in German only).
