Export finance must be aligned with the Paris Agreement
An opinion article arguing that, as countries ratchet up mitigation commitments at COP26, clear roadmaps to rapidly phase out public support for fossil-fuel value chains in export finance must become part of those commitments, in line with Article 2.1(c) of the Paris Agreement.
