The assignment
The aim of the project was the compilation of an evaluation synthesis based on project evaluations of German governmental development cooperation on the effectiveness of climate change adaptation measures. The evaluation module focused on the three sectors in which the bulk of German adaptation financing is implemented: water, agriculture and environmental protection, in particular environmental protection in coastal areas/coastal protection.
