In this Policy Brief Perspectives, Adelphi and Climate Focus investigate key aspects in policy design and carbon pricing communications that help build support for the policy and contribute to its longevity. Six case studies of carbon pricing initiatives - Australia, British Columbia, Colombia, France, Sweden and Switzerland - are analyzed and provide unique lessons.
