Philipp Censkowsky is a PhD candidate at HEC Lausanne, Switzerland, and a research associate with Perspectives. He has a background in research and public sector advisory from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

Philipp has worked extensively on NDCs and climate finance, with a specialisation in aligning export credit agencies (ECAs) with the Paris Agreement.

More broadly, he is interested in designing policies for a financial system that respects absolute planetary limits. Philipp is a member of the Think 7 Task Force on Climate and Environment.
