Development of a toolkit to support the assessment of transformational change potential of climate policies and actions
Delivered for UNEP CCC.
The assignment
The project involved the development of a series of specialized, multi-purpose transformational change (TC) assessment and reporting tools based on the ICAT Transformational Change Methodology. The tools helped to develop the existing ICAT TC definition and facilitated the application of the methodology for several purposes, i.e. for different contexts, users and targeted needs.
