The objective of the assignment was to elaborate the full NSP proposal which was submitted to the NAMA facility regarding the upscaling of green hydrogen in Costa Rica.Tasks included:- Development of hydrogen business cases- Development of financing mechanisms- Technical consultancy- Stakeholder engagement- Elaboration of full NSP Proposal
