Mechanism methodologies: Guidance on Article 6.4 baseline setting approaches
Our new guidance paper provides practical support to methodology proponents and activity developers on baseline setting under Article 6.4 of the Paris Agreement, including a structured review of how 15 PACM methodologies at different stages of the approval pipeline interpret and operationalise the Baseline Standard in practice.
